Lamar Frazer

June 20, 1942 — September 6, 2024

Law Lamar Frazer passed away September 6, 2024 at the age of 82. He was born June 20, 1942 to the late Charles and Kitty Frazer. Lamar was preceded in death by his brother Charles Frazer Jr. and survived by his sister Kitty Frazer Mozingo.

A graduate of Parish High School, Lamar further pursued his passion for sports by playing basketball, football, and golf. Later attended the University of Alabama, where he pledged Phi Delta Theta. Lamar dedicated most of his adult life to Real Estate Business. Whether it be single home construction, multi-family homes, or even entire apartment communities, he was always up for the challenge. If asked, most of his business partners would describe him as honest and hard working as the come. Known for his giving heart, and passion for helping others, he was adored by friends and family alike.

In addition to his professional endeavors, Lamar was an avid golfer who found immense joy and pleasure in a round with his buddies, even if to only win $1. His passion for the sport was equally matched by his enthusiasm for sharing “tips and tricks”, wanted or unwanted. Nothing was more intoxicating than a Lamar “belly laugh” coming from somewhere on the golf course.

He is survived by his wife Dorann Frazer. Happily Married for 58 years. A standing testament to his love and commitment to her. He is also survived by his oldest son, Law Frazer and his daughter Kelly Osborn, and his youngest son Lee Frazer, and his two daughters Kendel Lee and Peyton. “PapPaw” was the best granddad around.
