Lee Garner

Elmer Lee Garner, age 72, passed away Saturday, May 27, 2017. He is preceded in death by his sister, Marilyn G. Thompson. He is survived by his wife Betty Garner; brother in law, Bobby (Mary) Middlebrooks and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Monday May 29, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at Autaugaville Baptist Church with Rev. Garner Clark officiating and Selma Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Interment will be in the Rocky Hill cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be Marlin Seymore, James Middlebrooks, Roger Smitherman, Ocie DeVaughn, Charles H. Burhardt, Billy Barrett and Lawrence Chandler. Honorary pallbearers will be Glenn Sexton, Jimmy Friday, Frank Reynolds and Jesse Sanchez. Flowers will be accepted or donations to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105.
