Leonard Clifford Gay, age 80, of Plantersville, Alabama passed away April 17, 2023. He was born November 19, 1942 to the late Claude Clifford Gay and Lou Ella Fulford Gay.
Leonard was preceded in death by his sister, Joy Powell.
He is survived by his niece Kristie Averhart (Tim); and his niece Karin Thomas. Grand niece Andrea Rouse (Jake). Grand nephews; Zac Averhart (Taylor), Jake Averhart (Cait), Joey Thomas, Jordan Thomas, and Xavier Averhart. Great grand nephews Wesson Rouse and Campbell Averhart. Great Grand niece Sylvie Averhart. Several more family members and dear friends.
Leonard will be laid to rest at Alabama National Cemetery on Tuesday, April 25, 2023 at 11:45 a.m.
