Leyon Girlie, age 68, of Selma, died Wednesday November 5, 2008. He was preceded in death by his parents; Monroe and Susie Girlie, Virgil (Reta) Girlie, Lewis (Dorothy) Girlie, Melvin Girlie, and Annie Lee (Jack) Bailey. Survivors include, brothers, Mack (Jean) Girlie, Floyd (Iris) Girlie, Gene Girlie, sisters; Velma Watford, Sadie (Dale) Davis, Rosetta (Rose) Nichols, Doris (Mike) Durden, Faye (Henry) McIntosh, May Fitts, numerous nieces, nephews, friends and neighbors. Services will be held at 11:00 a.m Saturday November 8, 2008 in the Chapel of Lawrence Brown é��é��é�" Service Funeral Home with Reverend Joe Cole officiating. Burial will follow at Awin Church of Christ Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10-11 a.m. Saturday November 8, 2008 at the funeral home.
