Lillian Gardner

Lillian H. Gardner, age 88, of Selma, AL, passed away September 26, 2016. She was preceded in death by her husband, John M. Gardner; parents, Alto and Erin Pauline Heath and son, Eddie Gardner. Surviving are her children, Ben (Tere) Gardner and Marianne (Joe) Rudolph; grandchildren, Jimmy (Sheba) Gardner, Kellie (Richard) Robinson, Brandi Gardner, Ryan (Kristen) Gardner, Somers Gardner, Madison Rudolph and Caroline Rudolph, and great-grandchildren, Sierra Gardner, Trenton Gardner, Alex Robinson and Kenna Robinson. Funeral services will be Wednesday, September 28, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Selma Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. James Bozeman officiating. Interment will be in New Live Oak Cemetery. The family will receive friends prior to the service at 10:00 a.m. Serving as pallbearers are Joe Rudolph, Jimmy Gardner, Ryan Gardner, Mitch McKinney, Michael Jarvis and Richard Robinson. Honorary pallbearers will be Dakota Jarvis, Rodney McKinney, Josh McKinney, Jared McKinney and Shannon Vines. In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial donations be made to Summerfield Baptist Church, 72 Main Street, Valley Grande, AL 36701.
