Linda Jean Gardner passed away January 31, 2016 at the age of 70. She was born December 3, 1945 to the late Jane and James Elkins.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Gardner and brothers, Michael Elkins and David Elkins.
She is survived by her son, James Gardner; daughters, Kellie (Richard) Robinson and Brandi Gardner; grandchildren, Sierra Gardner, Trenton Gardner, Alex Robinson and Kenna Robinson; brother, Richard Elkins and a host of nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be Thursday, February 4, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. in New Live Oak Cemetery with Pastor Mark Andrews officiating and Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home directing.
Honorary pallbearers will be Richard Robinson, Michael Jarvis, Shannon Vines, Michael Hicks and Dakota Jarvis.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that you make memorial donations to Selma Animal Shelter; 206 Medical Center Parkway, Selma, Alabama 36701.
