Linnie Stone

Linnie J. Lawson Stone, age 95 passed away Friday, November 22, 2013. She was preceded in death by her Parents, James Wesley Colman Lawson and Kizzie Adline Nichols Lawson; Husband, David Stone; Son, Larry Stone and Grandchild, Mark Stone. She is survived by her Sons, Lewis (Elizabeth) Stone and Donald (Lyndal) Stone; Grandchildren, Scott Stone, Juston (MacKenize) Stone, Brina (Robert) Lombardo; Great Grandchildren, Morgan Stone, Adam Stone, Haydon Stone, Bryson Stone, Teaci McZell, Isabella Lombardo, Robert Lombardo III and Step Grandchild, Kim (Johnny) Stewart-Lambert. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, November 25, 2013 at Pineview Cemetery with Dr. Jerry Light of First Baptist Church officiating and Selma Funeral Home directing. The Family will receive Family and Friends at 1:00 p.m. at Selma Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to First Baptist Church of Selma, The American cancer society or The Alzheimer's association. The family would like to thank the Nurses at Park Place Nursing Home and Cahaba Hospice.
