Lisa Chatman

Lisa Kay Daniell Chatman, age 56, of Plantersville, passed away Monday, November 12, 2018.

Services will be 1:00 p.m. Thursday at Plantersville Baptist Church with Rev. Barry Crowe officiating and Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home directing. Burial will follow at Plantersville Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday night from 5-7 p.m. at Lawrence Funeral Home.

She is preceded by her parents: Herman and Louise Daniell; grandmother: Dora Miller; sister: Jane Daniell; brothers: Donnie Danell, Tommy Daniell, Rodney Danell; and Johnny Daniell.

She is survived by her husband of 39 years: Danny Ray Chatman; children: Dustin Ray (Jackie) Chatman, Melissa Jane Chatman (Kenneth Smith), Scott (Justine) Chatman; grandchildren: Makayla Chatman, Natalie Ford, Nathan Smith, Kaylee Chatman, Ethan Chatman, Cameron Smith; brothers: Jerry (Lori) Daniell of Aragon, Ga, Jimmy (Janice) Daniell of Atalla, Al, Billy Daniell of Plantersville, Danny (Lori) Daniell of Sandrock, Al, Kenneth Daniell of Leesburg, Al, David Daniell of Plantersville, Al; sisters:Treba Trotter of Plantersville, Al, Kathy Daniell of Plantersville, Al, Vicky Twilley of Plantersville, Al; and many nieces and nephews.

Lisa was a member of the Plantersville Baptist Church. This is who Lisa was, “I am a woman who works hard for my family and loves God and my Country.” She was employed by Wrights Nursery and Greenhouse in Plantersville, Al. Lisa was friends to all and loved by many.

Pallbearers will be: Darren Atchison, Chris Daniell, Jeremy Trotter, Josh Trotter, Tommy Trotter, Deon Mehan, Jeff Wehunt, and Adam Twilley. Honorary pallbearers are: Rodney Trotter, the Deacons at Plantersville Baptist Church, and Bro. Don Stephens at Plantersville Baptist Church.
