Mrs. Lois Tinney Wilson, the wife of Albert "Gene" Wilson, age 80 of Valley Grande, passed away on Saturday, October 17, 2020 at her home. She was born in Alabama on January 21, 1940 to the late Leonard Tinny and the late Hester Wood Tinney.
She is survived by her husband, Albert "Gene" Wilson; sons, Leith Wilson (Tammy) and Leonard Wilson; grandchildren, Elizabeth Wilson, Kristopher Wilson, Laymond Wilson, Amber Ocmand (Andrew), Tyler Wilson (Jessie), and Cody Wilson; great-grandchildren, Taylyn Ocmand, Kinslee Ocmand, Paisley Ocmand, Chandler Wilson, Colt Wilson, Parker Wilson, and Lawson Bridgman; and a sister, Waynell Davis.
She is preceded in death by her daughter, Fronda Wilson and her parents, Leonard and Hester Tinney.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, October 20, 2020 at 11: 00 a.m. from the Selma Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Daniel Martin officiating.
Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery in Sylacauga, AL.
The family will receive friends from 10-11 a.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be family.
Final care and arrangements have been entrusted to Selma Funeral Home.
