Mable Labbe

Mable Labbe, age 78, of Selma, AL, passed away on December 19, 2009 She was preceded in death by her parents, Amos C. and Martha M. Brooks; brother, A.C. Brooks, Jr., and brother-in-law, Harvey Lee Goodman. She is survived by her husband, Rosaire Labbe; son, Wayne (Pat) Labbe; daughter, Rosanne (Chris) Johnson; brother, Prentice (Paulette) Brooks; sisters, Myrtle Goodman, Dot McCulley, Doris (Riley) Henderson, and Anne (Ray) Sewell; grandchildren, Dr. Joseph Labbe, David Labbe, Laura Delaine (Edwin) Thornton, Chris M. (Beth) Johnson, II, Matt (Carla) Johnson and Emily Johnson; great grandchildren, Crenan Edwin Thornton and Ellison Johnson and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Tuesday, December 22, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at Selma Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Bill Gardner and Rev. Donald Harris officiating. Interment will be in Pineview Memory Gardens with Selma Funeral Home directing. The family will receive friends Monday, December 21, 2009 at the funeral home from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.. Pallbearers will be Dr. Joseph Labbe, David Labbe, Bo Johnson, Matt Johnson, Robert Carr and Melvin Burge.
