Margaret Florence Mansfield Hurt, age 96, died August 6, 2012.
She was preceded in death by her husband Julian Freeman Hurt, Jr. She was an Episcopalian by faith and was a resident of Birmingham, AL.
She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Fred Wells Holiday Jr. of Birmingham, AL, and a son, Julian Freeman Hurt III (DeDe) of Lagrange, GA. She leaves behind 4 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
Graveside services to be held at New Live Oak Cemetery, Selma, AL. at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, August 9, 2012 with Rev. Lee Tate officiating and Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home directing.
In lieu of flowers, family request donations made to the charity of their choice or Southern Care Hospice, 201 Medical Center Dr. Clanton, AL. 35045.
