Marinello Overfield

Marinello "Granny Mary" Overfield, age 77, of Selma, AL, passed away June 25, 2010. She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Zada Williams and one daughter, Nelda Ann Young. Surviving are her husband, William J. Overfield; sons, Donald E. (Stacy) Young, Jr., Johney M. (Carol) Young and James S. (Jacquline) Young; daughter, Mary Jo Farley; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren and special pet, Sugar-Sugar. Funeral services will be Tuesday, June 29, 2010 at 1:30 p.m. at Selma Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. John Ackerman officiating. Interment will be in New Live Oak Cemetery. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 12-1:30 p.m. Serving as pallbearers will be her grandsons, Mike Young, Pat Wood, Jeremy Farley, Terry Burton, Branden Burton, Austin Farley, Hunter Farley, Matthew Young and Ethan Young.
