Marion W. Bevis, age 91, passed away July 24, 2009. She was born in Greensboro, AL and was preceded in death by her husband Lawrence ���Buddy��� Bevis, by her parents and her 9 brothers and sisters. Marion worked for Eagles, Teppers and Kysers Department stores in Selma.
Survivors include her daughter, Betty Nichols (Nick) of Trussville, AL grandson, Alan (Liz) of Pinson, AL; granddaughter, Laurie (Denny) of Remlap, AL and two great-granddaughters, Audrey and Nicki; one great, great-granddaughter, Kristin.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday July 28, 2009 at Pineview Memory Gardens with Reverend James Salminen officiating and Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be from 1:00-2:00 p.m. Tuesday July 28, 2009 at the funeral home.
