Mark Huffman

Mark Alan Huffman, age 43, of Plantersville, died Thursday May 12, 2011. He is survived by his wife, Theresa Huffman of Plantersville; daughter, Mary Frances Huffman of Plantersville; parents, Tommy Huffman and Sue Huffman of Selma; sisters, Katrina Adams of Selma, Vickie Poe (Tommy) of Selma; brother, Ricky Huffman (Melissa) of Selma; grandmother, Stella Swilley of Nashville, TN; brothers-in-law, Jeff Green (Cynthia) of Dothan and Greg Trotter (Carol) of Prattville; father-in-law, Lamar Green of Plantersville; mother-in-law, Frances Nelson (Tony) of Greenville; numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles, all of whom loved him dearly.
A chapel service will be held at 3:30 p.m. Sunday, May 15, 2011 at Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home with ArchBishop Charles W. Jones officiating and burial following in Plantersville Christian Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. at the funeral home Saturday night.
Active pallbearers will be Jeff Green, Greg Trotter, Ernest "Beaver" Coker, Randall Huffman, Don Smith, Michael Adams, Christopher Adams and Nathan Welch. Honorary pallbearers will be Lamar Green, Tommy Poe, Carl Colburn and Dr. Nicholas Knight.
