Martha Jane Moore passed away May 29, 2017, at the age of 78. She was born August 28, 1938, to the late Ulysses and Ruth Elizabeth Beatty.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John Henry Moore, and brother-in-law, Don Eager.
She is survived by her children, Elizabeth (Timothy) Kilponen; John (Tammy) Moore and Mary (Jerry) Serman; grandchildren, Jill (Sheldon) Anderson, Britany (Tim) Fickling, Kimberly Kilponen, Cody Kilponen, Summer Moore, Haley (Adam) Mott and John Carroll Serman; great-grandchildren, Sophia Anderson, Isabella Anderson, Hunter Fickling, Olivia Holt, Ayden McAllister, Mason Mott and Emily Grace Mott; sister, Jody Eager and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be Thursday, June 1, 2017, at 12:00 p.m. at Sister Springs Baptist Church with Bro. Jonathan Jenkins officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery with Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. at the church.
Pallbearers will be Cody Kilponer, John Carroll Serman, George Denmark, Charlie Kee, Chris Serman, and Monk Moore. Honorary pallbearer will be Carroll Serman and Ralph Murray.
