Martha Smith

Martha Smith, a resident of Selma, died December 19, 2011 at the age of 72. She is preceded in death by her parents, James Mayo Halbrook and Mary Roberta Halbrook. She is survived by her husband, Louis Marion Smith; brothers, James Halbrook of Jacksonville, Flordia, Robert Halbrook of Grand Bay, Alabama and Eddie (Pam) Halbrook; children, James Scott (Theresa) Wall of Indianapolis, Indiana, Vickie Lynn (Michael) Ross of Savannah, Georgia; five grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. Interment was by private ceremony in Old Live Oak Cemetery with Dr. Kenny Hatcher presiding. Pallbearers were Dusty Brown, Christopher Brown, Buddy Swift, Richard Waugh, Donnie Shehan and William P. Shehan.
