Mary Helen West Carlisle, age 72, of Selma, died Wednesday July 8, 2009. Survivors include her daughter, Kayla Carlisle, son, John Richard Carlisle III, sisters, Lillie Edwards, Mamie (J.T.) Moore, Betty (Tommy) Byrd, Dollie Wilson and numerous nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday July 11, 2009 at New Live Oak Cemetery with Reverend Alan Yarborough officiating and Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Friday July 10, 2009 at the funeral home.
