Mary Giles

Mary D. Giles, age 89, of Plantersville, AL, passed away October 25, 2010. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Calvin Giles and sons, Charles William "Billy" Giles, Aubrey Wayne Giles and an infant son; parents, Lewis Oscar and Ann Margaret Dyer and grandparents, Julius Jessie (Mary Barbara) Dubose, M.D. She is survived by her grandchildren, Mark W. (Sarah) Giles, Leah G. (Chris) Moore; daughter-in-law, Brenda W. Giles and a great-grandson James Christopher Moore. Funeral services will be Saturday, October 30, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. at Selma Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Doug Powell officiating. Interment will be in Ebenezer Baptist Church Cemetery with Selma Funeral Home directing. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 12-1:00 p.m. Pallbearers will be Terry Seales, Greg Dunkin, Jeff Giles, Matthew Dunkin, and Bradley Seales. Honorary pallbearers will be Billy Greg, Tommy Greg, Tommy Seales, and Scotty Dunkin.
