Mary Traylor

Mary Kathryn "Sis" Traylor, age 91, of Sardis, AL, passed away October 25, 2013. She was preceded in death by her parents, Otto C. and Mary Esther Moorer; husband Thomas Joel Traylor, Sr.; brother, Otto Moorer, Jr and foster child, Harold Johnson. Surviving are her children, Tommy (Kay) Traylor, Johnny (Ellen) Traylor, Steen (Carolyn) Traylor, Toby (Debbie) Traylor, Mary Kay Brown and Tony (Angie) Traylor; foster children, Frank Kozel and Billy Joe (Stephanie) Johnson; sister Margie Baars; fifteen grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be Sunday, October 27, 2013 at 3:00 p.m. at Shiloh Baptist Church Cemetery with Dr. Bill Gardner officiating and Selma Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be prior to the service at 2:00 p.m. in the church sanctuary. Pallbearers will be Joel Traylor, Walter Traylor, Hardy Traylor, Bruce Traylor, Deke Brown and Jake Brown. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to Shiloh Baptist Church Nursery, 5441 AL Hwy 41, Sardis, AL, 36775.
