Melissa Leigh Hadaway Corey passed away February 24, 2016 at the age of 47. She was born August 24, 1968 to the late James Lewis Hadaway, Jr. and Carol Joan Taylor Sims.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Sue Harrington.
She is survived by her husband, David Corey; daughters, Taylor LaYne Owens and Mary Grace Corey; step-son, William Stoddard Corey; step-daughter, Sarah Corey (Dylan) Smith; siblings, Jim Hadaway, Jeanie (Richard) Motes and Scott Hadaway and brother-in-law, Jimmy Herrington.
A memorial visitation will be Saturday, February 27, 2016 from 2:00-4:00 p.m. at Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home.
