Mildred Anderson Rush, age 87, of Montgomery, formerly of Selma, died Friday April 1, 2011. She is survived by her children, Johnny E. Rush (Gerene) and Evelyn Rush Ligon; granddaughter, Heather Rush Pierce (Tom); great-grandchildren, Will, Payton and Emmy; nephew, Reverend Jack Anderson and her niece, Millie Anderson.
A chapel service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday April 4, 2011 at Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home with Reverends Donald Harris, Johnny Rush and Jack Anderson officiating and burial following in Pineview Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends from 10-11 a.m. at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be made to Hospice of Montgomery, 1111 Holloway Park Montgomery, AL 36117
