Minnie Rasberry

Minnie Lou Rasberry, 74, of Valley Grande, AL died Tuesday, February 16, 2010 at her home. Graveside services will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, February 18, 2010 at Bethel Baptist Church with Jonathon Payne officiating and Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home directing. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home. Mrs. Rasberry was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy William Rasberry, and her son, James ���Possum��� Rasberry. She is survived by her daughter, Kimberly (Jay) Fisher of Selma; grandchildren, John Tyler Fisher, Branden Rasberry, and Melia Bass; brother, James Earl (Pat) Jackson of West Blockton, AL; and numerous other relatives and friends. The family would like to give a special thanks to her caregiver, Rosemary King. Active Pallbearers will be Mark Phillips, Joseph Bearden, Ralph Zimmerman, Tony Mehan, Chris Dabbs, and Don Goodwin.
