Minnie B. "Tootie" Stoudenmire, age 94, of Eastaboga, AL and a former resident of Thomasville and a long time resident of Selma died Saturday, August 30, 2014. She was a member of Thomasville Baptist Church and a former charter member of Northside Baptist Church in Selma. She and husband, Ralph Stoudenmire, worked for many years in the retail clothing business. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Stoudenmire; sister, Carrie Lee Smith; brothers, John Thomas Rush and Craig C. Rush and great granddaughter, Becka Kay Anderson. She is survived by her son; Allen (Laurelle) Stoudenmire of Thomasville; daughter, Margaret S.(Trull) Hill of Eastaboga; grandchildren, Ken (Cindy) Motley of Selma, Darren (Stephanie) Motley of Statesville, Jackie (Roy) Hill of Satsuma, James (Anita) Stoudenmire of Camden, Judy (Steve) Anderson of Chaing Mia, Thailand, Dr. Jeffrey (Gage) Stoudenmire of Hoover; step granddaughters, Jennifer (Alan) Eastawood of Anniston and Rebekah (Russell) Klinner of Shocco Springs; twenty-five great grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren. Visitation with family will be Wednesday, September 3, 2014 at Northside Baptist Church, Selma, at 12:30 p.m. followed by funeral services at 2:00 p.m. with Dr. Kenny Hatcher officiating and Selma Funeral Home directing. Interment will be in Pineview Memory Gardens. Pallbearers will be James A. Stoudenmire, Jeffrey R. Stoudenmire, Kenneth Motley, Darren Motley, Brandon Anderson and Rev Roy Hill. The deacons of Northside Baptist Church will serve as honorary pallbearers.
