Nell Fossett

Nell H. Fossett passed away on June 7, 2020 at the age of 85. She was born January 31, 1935 to Hobert and Nellie Hefner.

Nell was an lifelong member of Selma First Baptist Church where she was secretary of her Sunday School class and was active in the WMU. She was also active in Potter's Garden Club. Her smiling face lifted everyone's spirits and she ministered with encouraging words and prayers for all. She enjoyed being with family and friends and was a gracious servant of our Lord. She will be greatly missed in this place we call home, but her eternal home is rejoicing!

Graveside services will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, June 13, 2020 at Pineview Memory Gardens with Dr. Jerry Light and Rev. Rick Elrod officiating and Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home officiating.

She is survived in death by her parents: Hobert and Nellie Hefner; sisters: Mary Easterling (Willie), Elsie Ikerman (Frank), and son-in-law: Tim Bjelke.

She is survived by her daughter: Charlotte F. Brisson (Russ), Pam F. Bjelke; grandsons: Corey M. Brisson (Nicole), Craig J. Brisson (Courtney); great granddaughter: Keely Brisson; and several loving nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be: Russ Brisson, Corey Brisson, Craig Brisson, Tony Bjelke, Greg Bjelke, and Billy Moore.
