Netta Colleen Moore Edwards, age 86, of Selma, passed away peacefully at her home Thursday, November 10, 2016.
She is preceded in death by her parents: Thomas and Birdie Moore; husband: Henry Earl Edwards; brothers: Allen Moore, Billy Wayne Moore, Bernard Moore; grandson: Ricky Edwards; and great grandchild: Hailey Elizabeth Dykes.
Mrs. Edwards is survived by her sister: Nell Moyers; daughter: Phyllis Edwards (Billy); sons: Wayne Edwards (Sara), Jerry Edwards (Lillie), Joe Edwards; 7 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
Services will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday, November 13, 2016 at Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home with Rev. Jerry Smith officiating and Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home directing. Burial will follow at Bennett Cemetery in Jasper, AL. Visitation will be Sunday from 1-2 p.m. at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be: her grandsons: Derek Edwards, Calvin Edwards, Josh Dykes, James Thrasher, Daniel Thrasher, and Cory Goodman.
