Norma Mallet

Norma Dale Friday Mallet, of Pascagoula, MS., died at the age of 72 on Tuesday, November 29, 2016. She was born in Selma, AL. She attended A.G. Parrish High School graduating in 1963 and graduated from Howard College in Birmingham. She had made her home in Pascagoula, MS. for the last 48 years.
Ms. Mallet is preceded in death by her father, Irwin Davis Friday; mother, Elizabeth Lockhart Friday; paternal grandparents and maternal grandparents.
She is survived by her brothers, John D. Friday (Judy) of Valley Grande, AL.; and Larry D. Friday (Shirley) of Selma, AL.
Ms. Mallet had one niece, Beth F. Beam (Jim) of Montgomery, AL. and four nephews, Mike D. Friday of Selma, AL.; Dawson D. Friday (Merrill) of Birmingham, AL.; Davis Friday of Nashville, TN.; and Adam Friday of Tuscaloosa, AL. She is also survived by great nieces and nephews, Anna and David Beam; Clay Friday and Jane and Alys Friday.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, December 4, 2016 at New Live Oak Cemetery with Dr. Jerry Light, pastor of First Baptist Church, officiating and Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home directing.
