Parham Ballard

Parham B. Ballard, age 76, of Selma passed away on Tuesday December 23, 2008 at a local hospital. Funeral services will be held on Friday December 26, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home with Rev. Oden Johnson officiating. Mr. Ballard is survived by his wife, Clara Evelyn Ballard, his sons, Parham B. Ballard, Jr., Donald Edgar Ballard, and Matthew D, Ballard, a daughter, Mary E. Rollins, a brother, Walton Edgar Ballard, Jr., a sister, Lucille Ballard, grandchildren, Bridget Killingsworth, Wesley Ballard, Chase Ballard, and Brittany Ballard, Amanda Parrish, Brandon Orvis, Kerry Henderson, Jonathan Orvis, Rhonda Brown, Brandon Etheridge, Scott Etheridge, and Ashley Roberts; and four great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces. Mr. Ballard is preceded in death by his late wife, Libby Jean Ballard. The family will receive friends on Friday December 26, 2008 from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. in the chapel. Active Pallbearers will be Jim Smith, David Etheridge, Ronnie Etheridge, Wesley Ballard, Chase Ballard, and Jonathan Orvis.
