Patricia Sides

Patricia Gayle Helms Sides, age 59, of Selma, died Sunday June 1, 2008. Graveside services will be held Wednesday June 4, 2008 at 2:00 PM at New Live Oak Cemetery, with Reverend Preston Johnson officiating and Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home directing. She is survived by her husband, Charles Sides of Selma, daughter, Shannon Sides of Selma, son, Eddie (Marie) Sides of Selma, grandchildren, Daniel and Shanna Sides, parents, Coy and Louise Helms of Selma, brother, Ronnie (Sheila) Helms, and sister, Cindy Green. Mrs. Sides was a member of The Overlook Hills Church of God and a Licensed Practical Nurse at the Vaughn Regional Medical Center for 25 years. Serving as pallbearers will be Billy Moore, Ken Hopkins, Carson Jones, James McCory, Kenny Williams, Destiny Chappelle, Christopher Chappelle, and Gene Hisel. Honorary Pallbearers will be Bradley Capps and Willie Boyd. The family will receive friends Wednesday June 4, from 11:30 AM- 1:30 PM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to Overlook Hills Church of God.
