Peggy Joyce Barrett, age 61, of Selma, passed away on Sunday, January 22, 2012. Mrs. Barrett is survived by her husband, Donald Barrett Sr., daughters, Melissa Headley (David) and Jennifer Barrett, sons, Donald Barrett Jr. (Marie), and David Barrett, sister, Bettie Jean Crane, brother, Benjamin Wallace Cobb Jr., 9 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren, also, by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, January 25, 2012 at Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home chapel with Major Eric Roberts officiating. Burial will follow at Pineview Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, January 24, 2012 at Lawrence Funeral Home.
Pallbearers include Robert Barrett, Allen Worthy, Benje Cobb, Charles Edward Crane, Alex Peters, Jimmy Barrett.
