Phillip Smith

Phillip Gerald Smith, Sr., age 61, of Selma, died Monday September 24, 2012. He is survived by his wife, Shela Seay Smith; children, Phillip Gerald Smith, Jr. (Christy), Sherry Carswell (Patrick) and Tracy Smith; grandchildren, Brittany Carswell, Dalton Carswell, Courtney Carswell, Haley Smith and Shannon Smith; step-grandchildren, Eugene Ford and Clayton Ford.

A chapel service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday September 27, 2012 at Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home and burial following in New Live Oak Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday September 26, 2012.

Pallbearers will be Cody Sumerlin, John Bender, Joey Raybon, Taylor McNeil, John Church and Tanner Dismukes.
