Rev. Casey Lynn Caver age 44 of Brent, AL, passed away on April 4, 2022 at DCH in Tuscaloosa.
He was born in Pascagoula, MS on April 13, 1977.
Bro. Casey was an avid follower of Jesus Christ and the Pastor of Pine Grove Baptist Church in Brent, AL. He received his Master's Degree in Theology from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary.
He is survived by wife, Beth Shumate Caver; his children, Cadyn Caver, Jacob Caver, and Braiden Baswell; siblings, Ricky Caver, Miranda Caver, Kellie Luckie (Eric), and Brian Caver (Stephanie); father and mother-in-law, Edward and Elaine Shumate; numerous nieces and nephews; and many extended family member at Pine Grove Baptist Church in Brent, AL.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Rita Caver; and his nephew, Robbie Green.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, April 7, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at Pine Grove Baptist Church located at 301 Pine Grove Church Road, Brent, AL 35034 with Rev. Danny Sumerlin officiating.
The family will receive friends from 1-2pm on Thursday at the church.
Interment will follow in Pineview Memory Gardens in Valley Grande.
Pallbearers will be Ricky Caver, Brian Caver, Cadyn Caver, Braiden Baswell, Bryce Caver, and Taylor Lewis.
Honorary pallbearers will be Edward Shumate, Eric Luckie, Jackson Caver, Michael Lewis, Kerry Horton, and Jacob Caver.
