Richard Dale Ford Sr, of Selma, passed away Saturday, June 19, 2021, at the age of 66.
He is preceded in death by his parents: Jimmy Dillard and Ruby Lee Ford; and brothers: Sidney Eugene Fords Sr., David Lee Ford Sr., and Randy Dale Ford.
Mr. Ford is survived by his wife of 17 years: Lisa Ford; son: Richard Dale Ford Jr.; daughters; Misty Marie Ford, Jackie Ford, Jessica Ford; brothers: Johnny Earl Ford, Billy Wayne (Sharon) Ford, Donny Ray Ford, Jimmy Dillard (Frances) Ford Jr., George Ford; sisters: Martha Halkias, Hazel West, Myrtle Crawley, and Sandra Farah; 10 grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Services will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 23, 2021, at Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home with Rev. Jerry Smith officiating. Burial will follow at Ivy Creek United Methodist Church Cemetery.
Visitation will be 1 hour prior to the service.
The pallbearers will be Billy Ford, Timothy Ford, Eugene Ford, Jerry Ford, Eugene Ford, and Jeff Ford. Honorary pallbearers are: Luke Greenlee, John Halkias, and alternate pallbearer is James Ford.
