Roland "Sonny" Grindle, Jr., age 87, of Huntsville, AL and formerly from Selma, AL, passed away April 2, 2019.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Evelyn "Nikki" Grindle, and parents, Roland and Ruby Grindle.
He is survived by his children, Wanda (Ken) Richmond, Roland Grindle, III, Debbie (Glenn) Barrett, Scott (Jan) Grindle, Ken (Wanda) Grindle and Pat (Monica) Grindle and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.
Funeral services will be Sunday, April 7, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at Selma Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Pat Grindle officiating. Interment will be in Pineview Memory Gardens with Selma Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be prior to the service from 1-2:00 p.m.
