Ruby Kynard Johnson, age 84, of Selma, died Monday December 13, 2010. She was preceded in death by her husband, W.N. ���Bill��� Johnson. She is survived be her nephews, Lloyd Kynard (Wilma) of Atlanta and Richard Suther (Ruth) of Verbena; niece, Shirley Pugh (Harry) of Selma; cousins, Jerry Harrison of Selma and Tommy Harrison of Alabaster and numerous great nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday December 16, 2010 at New Live Oak Cemetery with Reverend Aaron Ellison officiating and Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday December 15, 2010.
Active Pallbearers will be Wade Pugh, Jerry Harrison, Tommy Harrison and Kyle Lawrence. Honorary pallbearers will be Roy McCauley and Jerrod Kynard.
