Sara Lou Hankins Moore age 95 of Centreville, AL and formerly of Marion Junction, passed away at Bibb County Nursing Home on Wednesday, November 24, 2021.
She was born on June 5, 1926 in Bibb County to the late O'Dell Hankins and the late Annie Allan Hankins.
She was a retired electronics saleswoman.
She is survived by her children, Steve (Lucy) Champion and Linda (Mike) McDaniel; grandchildren, Jennifer (Joshua) Schafer and Ivan Teplov; great-grandchildren, Grey Schafer and Monroe Schafer.
She is preceded in death by her parents, O'Dell and Annie Hankins; husband, John B. Moore; and numerous siblings.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, November 30, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. from the Selma Funeral Home Chapel with Gene Wyatt and Mike McDaniel officiating.
Interment will follow in Pineview Memory Gardens.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
The family will receive friends from 1:00-2:00 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home.
