Sarah Elam

Sarah Elizabeth Pharr Elam passed away on January 24, 2018 at the age of 65. She was born April 4, 1952 to Sam and Ethel Pharr. She was preceded by her husband: Carl “Pat” Elam, parents: Sam and Ethel Pharr, brother: David Williams; and sister in law: Bernie Foley.

Mrs. Elam is survived by her sons: Christopher Patrick Elam (Amy), Eric Carl Elam; grandchildren: Reid, Mayson, Reece and Manning Elam; sisters: Patricia Brady, Susan (Willie) Massey, brother: Edward (Marilyn) Pharr; brother in law: Donnie (Brenda) Elam; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

Services will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday, January 28, 2018 at Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home with Dr. Robert Taylor officiating. Burial will follow at Pineview Memory Gardens. Visitation will be Saturday night from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be: Sam Brown, Ronald Barnes, Jamie Elam, Michael Kee, Lee Nichols, Henry Hollingshead, Tim Williams, and Tommy Smitherman.
