Sarah Richardson

Sarah Nell "Grandma" Richardson, age 86, of Selma, AL, passed away January 11, 2010. She was preceded in death by her husband, Nathaniel Richardson; son, Alfred Lynn Richardson and brothers, Howard Barnes, Charles Barnes, Benny E. Barnes and Earl Barnes. Surviving are her daughter, Jane Parrish; brothers, Aaron Barnes, David Barnes, Frank Barnes; sister-in-law, Frances Barnes; eight grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be Wednesday, January 13, 2010 at 1:00 P.M. at Selma Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Kenny Hatcher officiating. Interment will be in Pineview Memory Gardens with Selma Funeral Home directing. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 11:00 a.m.- 1:00 p.m. Pallbearers will be Keith Barnes, Randy Barnes, Bill Barnes, Kurt Barnes, Garrett White, Chase Parrish and Steve Lawrence.
