Sherri Hardy Miller, 46, was suddenly taken to meet her Heavenly Father at her home on Saturday, May 19, 2018. Sherri was born and raised in Plantersville, AL. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Oliver and Nolvice Bearden and Dalene Mull; three uncles, Wayne Mott, Eulin Houston, and Wayne Hardy.
Sherri is survived by her husband, Michael Miller; two special weekend children, Marcus Byrd and Kaleb Lynn; parents, Garland and Dianne Hardy; sister, Rhonda Johnson (Bryan); nephew, Justin Abbott (Brandi); two nieces, Katie and Kellee Abbott; three aunts, Nena Mott, Nita Houston, and Carolyn Hardy and her sweet fur baby, which she rescued from a flooding drainage ditch, Souka.
Sherri was employed as Human Resource Director of Global Security Glazing, and former manager with Manpower. Sherri leaves behind many, many precious friends and co-workers. Many knew and loved her because of her big heart and smile, her tender compassion for others and her ability to go over and above to love everyone. She leaves a legacy to this world of peace and unity. While she was not perfect, she only saw a need to enhance perfection in others, as well as herself, and gave so freely of herself to accomplish this work. She will be missed by many.
