Thomas Harrison

Thomas F. Harrison, Age 73, of Valley Grande, died peacefully Sunday, November 21 at his home, after a long struggle with cancer. He is survived by his Wife, Shirley A. Harrison, his sons, Thomas Michael Harrison, Jacksonville, Fl., and John Joseph Lanier (Jay) Harrison of Valley Grande, Al. Sister, Barbara Ann Harrison (Richard) of Richmond, VA. and their family, brother, John D. Harrison (Barbara) of Luverne, AL and their Family; Also surviving are his beloved Grandchildren, Samantha, Andrew and Kyndal Harrison, daughter-in-law, Shelley Harrison.
Services will be held on Tuesday, November 21, 2010, at 11:00 a.m. at Elkdale Baptist Church, with Reverend Cory Horton officiating, along with Reverend Guy Anderson and Reverend Bob Frazer. The family will receive friends at the church from 10-11 am. prior to the Funeral.
Ba loved his church family at Elkdale where he has always been very active and where he served as a Deacon.
Active pallbearers will be the Deacons of Elkdale; Honorary Pallbearers will be Doug Smiley, Smyrna Ga. Joe Hogue, Selma, Forrest Hatfield, Selma George Morris, Montgomery, Al.
In lieu of Flowers the family request memorials to be made to the Elkdale Baptist Church building Fund
