Vernon Hale

Vernon Levon Hale, age 74, of Selma, AL, passed away June 10, 2010. He was preceded in death by his parents and his step-mother, Francis Hale. Surviving are his wife, Glenda M. Hale; sons, Vernon Steve Hale, Stalling Hale; step-son, Frederick Meister; step-daughters, Stacey Suther (Ricky) Harper and Ellen Suther (David) Barrett and seven grandchildren. Graveside services will be Sunday, June 13, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. in Pineview Memory Gardens with Mason Harris officiating and Selma Funeral Home directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, June 12, 2010 from 5-7:00 p.m. Pallbearers will be David Barrett, Alvis Frith, Wayne Plummer, Mark Broadhead, Nathan Broadhead and David Sellers.
