Virgil Clements, age 80, of Selma, AL, passed away April 3, 2014.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Mattielean Clements; father, James Melford (Mel) Clements; brothers, Leon Clements and Walter Clements; nieces, Lorrie Reid and Leah Reid; nephew, Earl Handley.
He is survived by his wife, Ruby Clements; caregiver and niece, Lisa Perez; sisters, Stella Wyatt, Birdese Daniels, Virginia Roberts, Mary J (Eduardo) Perez; 8 step children and numerous step grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Graveside services will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 9, 2014 at Springhill Cemetery with Michael Hobson officiating and Lawrence Brown - Service Funeral Home directing.
Pallbearers will be Shaun Harris, Ronnie Chambers, and Donnie Hendrix.
