William Holladay

William Lee "Coach" Holladay, Jr. age 82 of Orville, passed away on February 27, 2020. he was born in Selma, on April 6, 1937 to the late William L. Holladay, Sr. and the late Estelle Lide Holladay.
He retired after 55 years of coaching high school football.
He is survived by his wife, Betty Holladay; children, Debbie (Jeff) Gargus, William L. "Trey" (Deborah) Holladay, III, and John (Amy) Holladay; 5 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Ann Orr.
He is preceded in death by his parents, W. L. and Estelle Holladay.
Funeral services will be held on Sunday, March 1, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. from the Houston Park Church of Christ in Selma with Minister Tom McLemore officiating.
The family will receive friends from 12:30 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. on Sunday at the church.
Interment will follow in the Orrville City Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Jay Gargus, Will Holladay, Jackson Holladay, John Wallace Holladay, Butch Wadsworth, and Timmy Till.
Honorary pallbearers will be Bob Watkins, Joe Nettle, Lee JOnes, and Harry Crum.
In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Hospice of Limestone County.
