He was preceded in death by his wife, Maude "Tommie" Millican and sister, Doris Cosby.
He is survived by his sons, James D. Millican, Thomas J. (Colette) Millican and Billy C. Millican; daughter, Nancy M. (Harvey) King; sister in law, Nancy Harrison; grandchildren, Patricia Sutmaier, Pamela Nelson, Tommy Millican, Jason King, Charles King, Adam King and ten great grandchildren.
Visitation will be Tuesday, September 15, 2009 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Selma Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Wednesday, September 16, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. in the chapel of Selma Funeral Home with Rev. George K. Jones, Sr. officiating. Interment will follow at 1:00 p.m. at Valhalla Cemetery 839 Wilkes Rd. Birmingham, AL 35228.
Pallbearers will be Jason King, Charles King, Adam King, David King, Leonard Hicks and Tommy Millican.
