Willie Cleveland

Willie Maude Davis Cleveland, a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend passed from this life on October 21, 2014 at the age of 88. She was born on October 10, 1926 to the late Collins Clifford Davis and Florence Christell Shoemate Davis.

She was preceded in passing by her aforementioned parents and brothers, Donald E. Davis and Clifford Oliver Davis.

Awaiting in Heaven, she leaves behind her children, William H. Cleveland and Roslan C. Jones; grandchildren, William Terrell Jones, Daryl Cleveland Jones, Jared Ryan Cleveland and Mandy Joyel Burns; great-grandchildren, Cleveland Burns, Thomas Burns, Jackson Cleveland, Cole Cleveland and Payton Jones King; brother, Claude Davis; sister-in-law, Fran Shero Holland and Bernice Davis and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Graveside services will be held Thursday, October 23, 2014 at 2:15 p.m. in New Live Oak Cemetery with Rev. Edward Wilson officiating. Services will be under the direction of Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the funeral home prior to the service, commencing at 1:00 pm. and concluding at 2:00 p.m.

Pallbearers will be Mrs. Cleveland's grandsons.
