He is preceded in death by his parents: Walter Anderson Watford and Alice Viola Cassidy.
Mr. Watford is survived by his wife: Gwendolyn Huggins Watford of Clanton; sons: James Watford of Clanton, Jeffery Watford of Clanton, Robert Watford of Clanton; and daughter: Geneva Garrett of McDavid, FL.
Services will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, March 3, 2011 at Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home in Atmore, AL with Rev. Rusty Knowles officiating and Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home directing. Burial will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery in McDavid, FL.
