Woodrow Fancher, Jr.

Woodrow "Sput" Fancher, Jr., age 57, of Sardis, AL, passed away April 26, 2015. He was preceded in death by his father, Woodrow Fancher, Sr. and mother, Ellie Mae Burt. Surviving are his wife, Vicki Harris Fancher; sons, Bryan Keith (Katie) Fancher and Christopher Coleman (Sarah) Fancher; sister, Gail (Eugene) Barnes; granddaughter, Leah Fancher; uncles, C. B. Fancher and Steve (Betty) Lawrence; aunts, Bettie Hurley and Alice Hinley and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Wednesday, April 29, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at Selma Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. David Thomas officiating. Interment will be in New Live Oak Cemetery with Selma Funeral Home directing. The family will receive friends Tuesday, April 28, 2015 from 5-7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Bryan Fancher, Christopher Fancher, Blake Harris, Scotty Harris, Jonathan Pouncey, Justin Pouncey and Bryant Barnes.
